Connect With Joy is a Gothenburg-based company which offers Tango classes. They collaborate with external consultants, dance schools, and project managers across organizations such as Stora Teatern, the World Culture Museum, and the Fringe Festival.
Connect With Joy collaborates weekly with one tango teacher and three other tango schools.
Mission and Objectives
Through Argentine tango, a dance rooted in the cultural exchange of migrants, Connect With Joy promotes inclusion, human values, and intercultural dialogue.
Main Projects / Activities
We give weekly tango classes and organise three tango retreats per year, during which we reflect on interpersonal communication, intercultural dialogue, individual resilience, and self-confidence.
We also organise a tango festival twice yearly, gathering dancers from all over Europe.
Elodie and Love offer tango workshops for intermediate and experienced dancers with focus on technique, connection, musicality, as well as sharing their experience from growing a tango community in Gothenburg.
