We would love to introduce ourselves! We're a Youth Working Group, an ambitious team of young youth from Gaza, who's willing to change to what's best, aiming and planning for a better future for us, and for the coming generations.
Who are we? A question we received a lot!
Simply, we are a group of ambitious youth from Gaza, thought of a way to offer young people opportunities in different fields, such as humanitarian, social, and technical, in various roles and areas of interest!
Our vision has the advantage of precision, we have short and long term plans, all combined to boost our community, shaping ambitious young people, into personals who are capable of producing and serving the community, and able to make a difference to the better.
Mission and Objectives
Our vision has the advantage of precision, we have short and long term plans, all combined to boost our community, shaping ambitious young people, into personals who are capable of producing and serving the community, and able to make a difference to the better.
Main Projects / Activities
The Youth Working Group has spearheaded numerous successful projects and initiatives, most notably CorteX a youth capacity-building program designed and developed entirely by the team. This is alongside the group's other initiatives, which include professional development workshops aimed at empowering youth, integrating them into society, and facilitating their participation in international forums.
How can you contribute to the Network in your country?
We want to join the Anna Lindh Foundation network because we strongly believe in the power of intercultural dialogue, youth empowerment, and regional cooperation to drive meaningful social change. As a youth-led organization dedicated to equipping young people with 21st-century skills, critical thinking, and leadership capabilities, we see a perfect alignment between our mission and the Foundation’s values.
Joining this prestigious network will allow us to connect, collaborate, and exchange best practices with like-minded organizations and changemakers across the Euro-Mediterranean region. Furthermore, it provides an invaluable platform to amplify youth voices from our community, foster mutual understanding, and contribute to building inclusive, peaceful, and resilient societies. We are eager to leverage this opportunity to bring innovative educational initiatives to life and scale our impact through international partnerships.
Why do you want to join the ALF Network?
Why We Want to Join the Anna Lindh Foundation Network
As a youth-led team deeply committed to youth empowerment, community development, and fostering 21st-century skills, joining the Anna Lindh Foundation (ALF) network is a natural and strategic next step for our mission. We want to join the network for several key reasons:
Amplifying Youth Voices Across Borders: We believe that young people are not just the future, but the driving force of the present. Joining ALF will allow us to connect our local youth with a vast Euro-Mediterranean network, giving them a platform to share their perspectives, stories, and solutions on a global scale.
Intercultural Dialogue and Peacebuilding: Our core mission aligns perfectly with ALF’s dedication to bringing people together. By joining this network, we aim to engage in meaningful intercultural dialogue, break down stereotypes, and collaborate on initiatives that promote mutual respect, social cohesion, and peace among youth from diverse backgrounds.
Capacity Building and Knowledge Exchange: We are eager to learn from the diverse expertise within the network. Partnering with experienced organizations will enhance our team’s capabilities, refine our youth training methodologies, and allow us to share our own successful models of youth engagement and digital empowerment with the community.
Collaborative Impact and Innovation: The challenges facing youth today—from unemployment to social exclusion—require innovative, cross-border solutions. We want to co-create joint projects, campaigns, and educational programs with other ALF members to maximize our positive impact on youth well-being and civic participation.
Ultimately, we see the Anna Lindh Foundation as a vital catalyst that will help us scale our efforts, empower more young leaders, and contribute actively to a more inclusive, cooperative, and vibrant Euro-Mediterranean region.
