تعمل الجمعيه لسد فجوه احتياجات مجتمع اسيوط والذى يتسم بالعديد من قله الخدمات حيث ان اسيوط تقع فى جنوب مصر وعملت الجمعيه على تنميه مدن الجنوب الاكثر فقرا من خلال شركات مع الوزراء التاليه وزاره التضامن الاجتماعى وزاره البيئه وزاره الزراعه وزاره العمل وزاره الشباب والرياضه والمجلس القومى لحقوق الانسان والمجلس القومى للمراه وغيرهم كما ان لدى الجمعيه هيكل ادارى للمشروعات وك1لك فريق من المتطوعين ونظام حوكمه يراعى التوع والمساواه بين الجنسين
The association works to fill the gap in the needs of the Assiut community, which is characterized by many lack of services, as Assiut is located in the south of Egypt. The association has worked to develop the poorest southern cities through partnerships with the following ministries: the Ministry of Social Solidarity, the Ministry of Environment, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the National Council for Human Rights, the National Council for Women, and others. The association also has an administrative structure for projects, a team of volunteers, and a governance system that takes into account awareness and gender equality.
يعمل بالجمعيه عدد 20 شاب وفتاه كل وبعض الوقت لتنفيذ انشطه الجمعيه كما يوجد عدد ٤٥ متطوع من الجنسين
يوجد ايضا عدد 3 استشارى
يوجد عدد ٣٥ بروتوكول تعاون مع جمعيات قاعديه وجهات حكوميه ودوليه
The association employs a young man and woman part-time to carry out its activities. There are also 45 male and female volunteers. There are also two consultants. There are 35 cooperation protocols with grassroots organizations, governmental bodies, and international organizations.

تسعى جمعيتنا الى تمكين الافراد اقتصاديا وتعزيز الاستدامه البيئيه وترسيخ ثقافه السلام وقبول الاخر من خلال مبادرات شامله تدعم رياده الاعمال والتنميه المستدامه والتفاهم المجتمعى ونؤمن بان التمكين الاقتصادى وحمايه البيئه والسلام الاجتماعى هم الركيزه الاساسيه لبناء مجتمات اكثر استقرارا وازدهارا له
Our association seeks to empower individuals economically, promote environmental sustainability, and establish a culture of peace and acceptance of others through comprehensive initiatives that support entrepreneurship, sustainable development, and community understanding. We believe that economic empowerment, environmental protection, and social peace are the cornerstones for building more stable and prosperous societies.

جمعية تنموية تهدف إلى بناء مجتمع قادر على تحقيق تنمية مستدامة قائمة على المساواة، والعدالة الاجتماعية، واحترام حقوق الإنسان
A development association that aims to build a society capable of achieving sustainable development based on equality, social justice, and respect for human rights..
- Raise awareness and promote a culture of social peace and acceptance of others among community members.
- Improve the economic situation of youth and women through training and entrepreneurship programs.
- Raise awareness and strengthen environmental responsibility to achieve sustainable environmental development.
- Build the capacities of civil society institutions and grassroots community groups to enhance their roles.
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for youth and women to engage in community activities.
- Enhance community participation in development efforts and public issues.
- Support youth and women's initiatives and projects aimed at local development.
- Foster cooperation and coordination between local and national institutions to achieve shared goals.
- Activate volunteer work and invest in young volunteers as a force for positive change.
- Contribute to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) locally, especially goals related to poverty, gender equality, education, and the environment.
Main Projects / Activities
المشروعات الحاليه التى تقوم بتنفيذها الجمعيه
1- مشروع ارتقاء ممول من مؤسسه ساويرس بالتعاون مع مؤسسه كير مصر ويعمل على بناء قدرات المجتمع المدنى لاعضاء الجمعيه
2- مشروع الحد من الفقر الممول من المؤسسه القوميه لدعم وتمويل الاسر المنتجه بوزاره التضامن الاجتماعى ويعمل على دعم وتمويل ١٠٠٠ اسره فى محافظه اسيوط
3- مشروع وصاله الممول من الوكاله الهولنديه تنفيذ مؤسسه حواء المستبل بالمنيا من خلال مجموعات ادخاريه وبرنامج وصاله يعمل مع المطلقات والارامل بقرى اسيوط
4 -مشروع جمع ونقل واعاده تدوير المخلفات الصلبه للحفاظ على البيئه
5 -كما تعمل الجمعيه فى عده برامج ذاتيه تعكس رسالتها ورؤيتها واهدافها مثا مباردات بناء السلام ونبذ العنف - المساواه بين الجنسين
- التمكين الاقتصادى للشباب والسيدات
Current projects implemented by the association:
- 1. The Irtiqa'a project, funded by the Sawiris Foundation in cooperation with CARE Egypt, aims to build the civil society capacity of association members.
- 2. The Poverty Reduction Project, funded by the National Foundation for Supporting and Financing Productive Families at the Ministry of Social Solidarity, supports and finances 1,000 families in Assiut Governorate.
- 3. The Wasala project, funded by the Netherlands Agency for International Development (NED) and implemented by the Hawaa Al-Mostabl Foundation in Minya, is implemented through savings groups and a Wasala program that works with divorced and widowed women in Assiut villages.
- 4. A project for collecting, transporting, and recycling solid waste to preserve the environment.
- The association also works on several self-programs that reflect its mission, vision, and goals, such as peacebuilding and non-violence initiatives, gender equality, and economic empowerment of youth and women.
