How can you contribute to the Network in your country?
As Adana Kalkınma Ajansı (ADKA), we are committed to contributing to the Anna Lindh Foundation Network in Turkey through the following means:
🤝 Intercultural Dialogue & Civil Society Engagement
We will serve as a bridge between local civil society organizations, NGOs, and youth groups in the Çukurova region, facilitating intercultural exchange activities and Euro-Mediterranean dialogue initiatives. Adana's unique geographic and cultural position — as a city at the crossroads of Anatolian, Arab, and Mediterranean cultures — makes it a natural hub for such dialogue.
📢 Dissemination & Visibility
We will promote the Anna Lindh Foundation's mission and activities through our existing communication channels, events, and networks — reaching local stakeholders, municipalities, universities, and the private sector across the TR63 and TR62 regions.
🌍 Multi-Actor Partnership Development
Leveraging our experience in EU-funded projects and regional development, we will help identify and connect local actors — including academia, youth organizations, and cultural institutions — with ALF's Euro-Mediterranean network, fostering new partnerships and collaborative projects.
🎓 Capacity Building & Training
We will organize and co-host workshops, seminars, and awareness campaigns on intercultural competencies, democratic participation, and Euro-Mediterranean cooperation, particularly targeting youth and women.
📊 Knowledge Sharing & Regional Development Link
We will integrate ALF's intercultural agenda into our regional development strategies, ensuring that cultural dialogue is recognized as a driver of social cohesion and sustainable development in the Adana region.
🔗 Networking with ALF Turkey Members
We will actively participate in national ALF Turkey Network meetings, contributing local perspectives and coordinating joint actions with other Turkish member organizations.
Why do you want to join the ALF Network?
We want to be part of something bigger and learn by others.
