Turkey has a considerable number of Alevi citizens who are subject to discrimination of state on fields of Religious Freedom, Education and government supports. ADO is one of the Alevi Organizations in country.Mission and Objectives
To understand and explain Alevi belief system and culture under the contemporary atmosphere. To provide correct and dependable infirmation to communal memory. Transferring theessence of Alevi philosophy to coming generations. To introduce and present the philosophy, music, literature, semah dances and symbols of Alevi belief system in and out of national borders.Main Projects / Activities
Following the implication procedures of ECHR European Court of Human Rights Judgements in Turkey and informing CM Committee of Ministers properly and timely. Organizing and / or participating in national and international meetings, seminars and cultural activities. Preparing and printing books and written documents.How can you contribute to the Network in your country?
We are already familiar with many members of ALF in Turkey we shall disseminat more information about ALF and btain further membership interest among the hundreds of Alevi NGO's.Why do you want to join the ALF Network?
