AIESEC is the worlds largest youth run NGO, started in 1948 and was established in Jordan in 2006. The branch of Jordan has overall more than 30 partners and the source of funding is not reliant on another organisation it is from within through the services we provide for companies and youth. We do around 90 cross cultural exchanges per year and this upcoming year we plan to scale it up to 500 exchanges incoming to jordan and outgoing. We host more than 20 seminars per year in different universities and three main events youth speak forum which focuses on giving a platform for youth to voice their opinions to the stakeholders and come up with solutions that get implemented, youth to business which focuses on the employability of youth and providing them with opportunities of internship and full-time contracts. Finally our longest project which lasts for about 2 months is called heading for the future which finds a niche that companies need, and work on training youth for a month and then shadowing for another month resulting in a full-time paid internship. Number of staff 130 in jordan, 30 thousand worldwide
