AISO Records is an indie label that has been collaborating with artists from around the world since 2020. The label supports the artists it works with by working closely with them to further their individual careers. With support from the Arts Council Malta, AISO mentored six artists through a year-long program designed to enhance their development. AISO is dedicated to empowering aspiring musicians, producers, and audio enthusiasts by providing comprehensive education, talent development, and artistic support services. Our mission is to foster creativity, innovation, and excellence in the music industry through a holistic approach to learning and mentorship.Mission and Objectives

AISO Academy offers a diverse range of courses and workshops tailored to meet the needs of students at every skill level. From introductory classes in music theory to advanced production techniques, our experienced instructors provide hands-on training in state-of-the-art facilities. AISO Records serves as a platform for emerging artists to showcase their talent and reach a broader audience. With a focus on artistic integrity and creative freedom, we support artists in every stage of their career, from recording and production to promotion and distribution. Equipped with cutting-edge technology and a team of seasoned engineers, AISO Studios is the preferred destination for artists seeking professional recording and production services. Whether crafting a demo or producing a full-length album, our studio provides the tools and expertise needed to bring musical visions to life. AISO records is also involved and has been awarded funding for Erasmus KA1 projects with regards to youth exchanges for the purpose and benefit of create a diverse cultural exchange between students as well as educating youths to better prepare them for navigation in the sound and audio landscape.How can you contribute to the Network in your country?
We are passionate about leveraging music as a universal language to foster diversity, inclusion, and empowerment. Given AISO Records' commitment to these values, we are excited about the opportunity to contribute to your network in Malta. Our commitment to promoting diversity, inclusion, and empowerment through music aligns with the core values of the ALF foundation. We aim to contribute significantly to the network in Malta, creating a vibrant, inclusive, and empowered music community. We are eager to bring our passion, creativity, and dedication to AISO Records and collaborate with like-minded individuals to achieve our shared vision. We also wish to partner with NGOs that focus on diversity and inclusion to co-create music projects and events that support their missions. This can amplify the impact of both AISO Records and the partner organizations.Why do you want to join the ALF Network?
We wish to join the ALF network as we are currently committed to empowering youths and artists from all walks of life locally and internationally, and foster dialogue between artists and other entities in order to improve the Malta's situation for artists across all dimensions and to everyone's benefit as well as to establish and sustain creative spaces for Malta’s artistic community.
