Mission and Objectives

Our mission is to stimulate art in society and foster dialogue among different population groups, cultures, nationalities, and religions. To achieve this, we organize, present, and facilitate performances, concerts, debates, events, and gatherings with cultural, social, and/or political themes.
On the public side, we aim to introduce people to cultural forms in an accessible way, forms they might not easily encounter otherwise. We connect diverse groups of people with various backgrounds. For creators, we provide a platform for young talent, particularly emerging dance and music artists at the beginning of their careers.
KunstenDialoog believes in the power of art and culture to build bridges and highlight issues. Not from the naive assumption that art can solve social problems or serve political goals, but from a belief in art's capacity to foster mutual understanding and offer fresh perspectives where ingrained ideas dominate. By helping people discover a passion for art, we create a context in which professionals, amateurs, and spectators can interact on social themes.
