Main Projects / Activities

The association started as an initiative stemming from a project implemented in Hârșova between 2022 and 2023, in partnership with the Hârșova Local Council (UAT), focusing on health and non-formal education interventions dedicated especially to disadvantaged children and parents at risk of social exclusion. We implemented interventions aimed at improving access to quality health services for at least 400 students in Hârșova, with a minimum of 75% from the Roma community. We provided life skills training for over 500 vulnerable children and youth through non-formal educational activities. Additionally, we enhanced awareness of legal rights and caregiving competencies among at least 80 vulnerable parents, including at least 30 Roma women, through a parental education program. We promoted social inclusion and combated Roma discrimination by training 10 socio-educational animators, 60 local public administration professionals, and 25 community leaders. Furthermore, we organised a study visit for 10 young Roma individuals, contributing to their educational and social development.
