ASPECT – Management and Intercultural Relations is a company which provides training consulting, courses, seminars and meetings with the aim of building and improving the professional capabilities and performance of people and companies. We work towards the promotion of management, entrepreneur competences and intercultural relations in young people, adults and professionals, and within the organization as a tool for the development of their competitiveness.Mission and Objectives
We want to be much closer to individuals or to the specific problems arising in their companies and inspiring them, be intensive, create innovative atmosphere. We like to persuade more people and organizations that their future prosperity depends on broadening skills and raising skill levels. We want to enhance leadership role in education and enhance intercultural and cultural relations. For the excellent execution of the educational process we have prepared highly trained team of qualified lecturers.Main Projects / Activities
ASPECT-MIR is an active partner in international projects. We participate in Leonardo Partnership, Mobility,Grundtvig Parnership, SEE, Youth in Action (and other proposals: TOI, Multilateral....). We organize seminars with local public authority concerning environment and sustainable development, education and career development
