General Information

• Number of members in the association does not exceed 120. • Budgetary resources in a year do not exceed the amount of 20,000 Syrian Lira from members and the support of the Directorate of Social Affairs.

Mission and Objectives

• The main objective of the association is to revive the popular heritage (literature, arts, folklore, old national costume) and to develop and enhance sports and activities such as fencing, popular dancing and singing, arts, Arabic handwriting, and organizations of seminar, lectures, training courses.

Main Projects / Activities

• Organizations of popular singing festivals, • Publication of quarterly reports to monitor the heritage movement and document it. • Organizations of training courses to teach music, Arabic handwriting, photography. • Organizing exhibitions for popular arts and handcrafts.
