Assosiation of Creative Initiativs ? was set up in 2002 and it carries out social projects all around Poland. The key method of youth involvement is based on education and activation achieved through art. In the course of artistic activities [movie workshops, photo workshops, theater and journalistic workshop] young people discover in them selves willingness to carry out activities, develop a filling of fulfillment in artistic actions, learn ways of innovative thinking. After few months the participants carry out their own original projects, apply and get European Union grants. Those activities create the best and most innovative way of developing a spirit of entrepreneurs, unfold educational aspirations, tackling new challenges and above all prepare for life. Since 2002 we have spread our innovative and artistic projects among 200 cities, towns, and villages; had a chance to work with more then six thousand participants.Main Projects / Activities
Young animators of culture - We help young leaders from small communities to gain knowlage and experience how to organise cultural life in their communities. Thanks to workshops and small donations they realise their first project. Over 50 project were implemented. Film "Preschool" - the project invite young pepople (13-20) intrested in making their first real documentary film. For Tolerance - program was created to support all activities which stimulate tolerance and openess to cultural diversity. In this project ngos can applicate for donations to create cultural and educational project which realise those aims. There were already II editons of the project, 47 projects were impelmented. Poland 8/18 - in more then 20 communities we were implementing photo workshops for young people (8-18). The result of the project will be also photo album and special workshops in Warsaw for most active participants.
