تعمل مؤسسة أطفال مصر وفق هيكل حوكمة واضح وشبكة ممتدة من الشركاء المحليين والوطنيين، وتدمج برامجها بين التعليم، الرعاية الصحية، التوعية الرقمية، وتمكين الشباب داخل المجتمعات الأكثر احتياجًا في مصر.

How can you contribute to the Network in your country?
Community-Based Implementation
Activating network initiatives at the grassroots level by engaging children, youth, and marginalized communities in intercultural dialogue, civic participation, and social inclusion programs.
Cross-Sector Partnerships
Facilitating collaboration between civil society organizations, schools, healthcare institutions, and private sector CSR departments to expand the Network’s outreach and impact.
Capacity Building & Knowledge Sharing
Hosting workshops, roundtables, and training programs to strengthen members’ skills in project management, sustainability, and community engagement.
Youth & Children Engagement Platforms
Integrating dialogue and cultural exchange activities into existing educational and health programs to foster tolerance, diversity, and shared Mediterranean values.
National Visibility & Advocacy
Supporting awareness campaigns aligned with the Network’s mission and representing joint initiatives in relevant forums and events.

Why do you want to join the ALF Network?
I wish to continue as a member of the ALF Network because it represents a unique and strategic platform for intercultural dialogue, collaboration, and sustainable social impact across the Euro-Mediterranean region.
Through Atfal Misr Foundation’s work with children and youth in Egypt, we witness firsthand the importance of promoting tolerance, diversity, and active citizenship at an early age. The ALF Network provides not only a framework for dialogue but also opportunities for meaningful partnerships, knowledge exchange, and joint initiatives that amplify local impact at a regional level.
