The Autokreacja Foundation aims at fostering the approach of active participation in civil society. Through various initiatives in the field of social economy we contribute to the civilizational, cultural and economic development of Poland. The Foundation has three major domains of activity: strengthening the NGO sector in Poland through tri-sector cooperation with private and public entities, socio-educational projects in favour of multiculturalism and CSR partnership with business. We want to put the spotlight on problems of diverse social groups that are often marginalized; that is why we focus on cooperation with long-term unemployed, children and youth from underprivileged regions, unemployed women, immigrants and refugees, the elderly. Many of our projects were designed to favour multiculturalism and intercultural exchange by bringing together different lifestyles, points of view and philosophies. The Autokreacja Foundation belongs to the network of organisations members of the Anna Lindh Foundation. Our conviction that sharing, experiencing and debating are the best ways to progress, permits us to be open to new initiatives and to welcome with enthusiasm possibilities of cooperation with organizations dealing with different domains in many countries and cultures all over the world.Mission and Objectives
For Autokreacja the most important is to work with people. From the beginning organization supports unemployed helping them to rejoin the labor market.
