Beit Ebla is a cultural event producer with focus on the Arabic culture. We produce our own events from A to Z and are financed independently.
Thus far we have hosted film screenings, pop-up stores, open mic nights, speaking tours. We have recently launched a new initiative for children - study circles for children aged 3-4 called Noura.
The organisation founder, Batool works with a team of volunteers.
Beit Ebla operates in the intersection of business and culture, and the skillset within the organisation allows for a great exchange of skills and network as well as operational experience.
Mission and Objectives
Beit Ebla exists to create spaces where people can be fully themselves - where culture is not an accessory, but the foundation.
Rooted in the meaning of Beit (بيت, “home”) and inspired by Ebla (إيبلا), once a historic crossroads of knowledge, trade and storytelling, our mission is to design cultural experiences that make people feel at home - even at work.
We create events that center psychological safety, belonging and cultural intelligence, because when people feel safe and seen, they perform better, collaborate deeper, and lead with more clarity.
Beit Ebla’s objective is two-fold:
1. To produce culturally grounded events with impact - experiences that engage, include and stay with people long after the room empties.
2. To partner with organizations ready to align their values with lived experience - turning conversations about diversity, equality and impact into tangible, felt reality.
We move beyond performative inclusion. With thoughtful curation and small but intentional interventions, we help companies create environments where employees don’t just work - they belong.
