Who We Are: Buenos Ntias Production and Management has been active in the entertainment industry since 2021, specializing in the organization and presentation of cultural events. Our scope of operations includes cultural programming, the production and organization of artistic events (such as music concerts and theatrical performances), festival organization, and artist management. At the same time, through a continuous effort to improve and upgrade our offerings, we are constantly evolving to ensure that every service we provide becomes even better.

Mission and Vision: Culture for Everyone
Our core mission and long-term vision rest on a fundamental belief: culture is a universal human right, not an exclusive privilege. We are dedicated to breaking down the structural, socioeconomic, geographical, and physical barriers that traditionally restrict cultural participation. By creating open, welcoming spaces and accessible programming, we ensure that every individual—regardless of background, ability, age, or identity—can fully engage with, appreciate, and contribute to the rich cultural fabric of our society.
Strategic Objectives
Democratize Artistic Spaces: We transform cultural venues, festivals, and public programs into highly accessible environments. This includes ensuring physical accessibility for individuals with mobility challenges and offering affordable or free admission tiers to eliminate economic barriers.
Cultivate Inclusive Narratives: We actively curate, support, and amplify diverse creative voices. Our platform champions underrepresented artists and marginalized groups, ensuring that our programming accurately reflects the diverse roots and identities of our global community.
Challenge Barriers and Biases: We proactively dismantle stereotypes and systemic biases within the cultural sector. Every initiative we launch is intentionally designed to foster fair opportunities, encourage mutual understanding, and create a safe environment free from discrimination.
Ignite Grassroots Participation: We move away from passive consumption toward active community engagement. Through interactive workshops, educational community arts projects, and neighborhood-based initiatives, we empower citizens to become co-creators of their own cultural experiences.
Expand Cross-Border Cooperation: We leverage local and international partnerships—such as regional civil society networks and transnational funding programs—to share best practices in cultural inclusion and build sustainable, empathetic alliances across borders.

How can you contribute to the Network in your country?
Buenos Ntia Production can contribute to the Anna Lindh Foundation (ALF) National Civil Society Network in Cyprus by fostering intercultural dialogue to create inclusive, respectful spaces and by utilizing platforms to bridge local, cross-border, and Euro-Med cooperation. Contributions also involve implementing the Foundation’s shared values of equality, solidarity, and transparency by collaborating with diverse members to foster positive, and measurable, social impact.
Why do you want to join the ALF Network?
I have been following the Anna Lindh Foundation (ALF) for at least 10 years through my previous job at the RIALTO Theatre. Since October, I have been actively working with ALF through the Transformed Interreg NEXT MED project. I believe that the values and the mission of ALF align perfectly with my personal and professional beliefs that, through culture, we can build a better Euro-Mediterranean Region. This collaboration is driven by a deep commitment to shared principles that promote human rights, inclusion, and mutual understanding across borders.
