General Information

We are a young and dynamic Arab-Jewish partnership community in the Carmel Coast region, working together to promote meaningful social change by strengthening community bonds and interpersonal connections between Arab and Jewish residents in our area.
Our region includes three Arab villages and 13 Jewish towns along the Carmel Coast. The Arab population lives in Fureidis, Jisr a-Zarqa, and Ein Hod—some of whom trace their presence back to villages that existed prior to the establishment of the State of Israel. Although Jews and Arabs in our region have lived side by side for more than 75 years, they have not truly lived with each other, but rather separately. This historical separation has created and sustained tensions, mistrust, and cultural and social distance between the two communities. Local and regional authorities, as well as government ministries, have done little over the years to address this situation.
This is why we established the partnership

Mission and Objectives

Our Vision

Change begins with people. We believe in transforming hearts and mindsets through genuine cooperation, aiming to improve our shared lives by building a supportive, connected, and inclusive community.
We strive to promote full equality in living conditions, budgets, and mutual respect and recognition among all members of the community.

Main Projects / Activities

In recent years, we have laid the foundations for meaningful relationships and initiatives:
Organized two joint food and culture fairs in Fureidis, with about 1,000 neighbors participating.
Initiated seven joint demonstrations protesting violence and murders in Fureidis and Jisr a-Zarqa, with hundreds of Arab and Jewish residents, led by Arab community members.
Held three large community assemblies for shared learning about multicultural challenges, featuring leading Arab speakers and around 300 Jewish and Arab participants.
Facilitated 3 “Neighbor Circles” in Fureidis after the events of October 7, with more than 100 participants.
Hosted four joint music and cultural events with Arab and Jewish artists—including the “Ard/Eratz Land” ensemble, the bilingual Playback Theater Mashrabiyah, and open stages for Arab and Jewish musicians—engaging more than 500 community members.
Organized two food-packaging and distribution drives in Jisr a-Zarqa for both Arab and Jewish families in need during the war in the south.
Celebrated joint Ramadan events in Fureidis, including communal meals and a Ramadan market.
Led a joint mountain biking event in Fureidis with more than 300 riders.
Produced a joint community gathering on the Jisr a-Zarqa beach with around 700 Arab and Jewish families from across the shared region.

Key Milestones
