The mission of Casa di Carità Arti e Mestieri is rooted in its very name: guiding individuals to build their professionalism (Arti e Mestieri) within a community-focused environment (Casa), driven by Christian love (Carità).As a historic Christian-inspired non-profit vocational training institution, its core purpose is to foster the professional, human, cultural, social, and spiritual growth of individuals. Through lifelong learning, guidance, and job placement, the Foundation promotes local socio-economic development and innovation, with a deep, privileged focus on those at risk of marginalization or social disadvantage.Strategic ObjectivesTo fulfill its institutional mandate, the Foundation pursues three core operational strategies:Proposing the Christian message to all stakeholders in a spirit of absolute respect for personal beliefs and diverse religions. Building an educating community united by a shared ethical vision, offering people meaningful life perspectives and genuine opportunities for personal advancement.Implementing tailored educational pathways (including orientation, training, retraining, and social entrepreneurship promotion) to contribute to individual success and help build a better, more equitable society.

The Foundation views high-quality professionalism as the key driver for development based on justice and equity, impacting five specific dimensions:
