CESI is ngo's with 7 full time staff and over 10 regular associates. The Governing Board consists of five members, who pass management and strategy-related decisions. Supervisory Board has 3 members. Our main partner are NGO's as well as government institutions. In 2008 our main partners were NGO' like Domine, production house Hulahop and OMG, as well as organisations such as Norvegian People's Aid, In 2008 our budget was 440 000 Eur.Mission and Objectives
Vision CESI is recognised centre of excellence, source of knowledge and skills that encourages perfection, development and strengthening of all social actors for just society. Mission CESI is feminist organization that advocates advancement of social position of women and realization of gender equality, and for full implementation of all laws and international mechanisms for the protection of human rights. We perceive development of civil society to be important precondition for development of democratic society.Main Projects / Activities
We have three main programs through which we are developing various activities: - women and leadership, - equal opportunities in the labour market - prevention from gender based violence in adolescence relationship - various campaigns includin campaign for reproductive and sexual rights, for prevention of dating violence etc. - publishing and research - web portals: www.libela.org, www.sezamweb.net,www.ravnopravnost.cesi.hr
