Circle for training and consultancy is a social enterprise and youth led organization that aims to
create cadres of youth, raise their social, cultural and communication abilities, and give them the
opportunity to know different cultures and express new things. We are engaged in youth
exchange, education, cultural and social trainings, language trainings, volunteering,
environmental rights, and development work, especially focusing on the mobility of youth.
The organization provides training and help young people to make them social change makers who
seek to create social action projects that face challenges and issues in the society. Moreover, it
seeks to build communication and intercultural dialogue among young people from different
cultural backgrounds and nationalities, organizing important events for the local and international communities
community.

Mission
Empower youth to lead social change by building their skills, confidence, and cultural awareness
through non-formal education, exchange programs, and inclusive community projects.
Objectives
- Develop youth capacity in leadership, entrepreneurship, and communication
- Foster intercultural dialogue and mutual understanding among youth from diverse backgrounds
- Equip children with knowledge on rights, protection, and responsibilities
- Create inclusive programs that promote social action, civic engagement, and environmental
awareness
- Engage youth in exchange experiences that broaden their perspectives and inspire community
service
- Organize events that address key issues such as child protection, disability inclusion, gender equality, and
climate change
- Build strong, diverse teams that deliver impactful local and international projects
- Promote non-formal learning and volunteerism as tools for community development

Projects Managed by Circle:
1) EGYPTIAN YOUTH THRIVING Program (British council-2025)
Empowered youth including women and people with disabilities through training, collective action
projects, and policy engagement focused on inclusion and leadership.
2) Inclusive Youth Empowerment Program (British Council, 2023–2025)
Implemented in three governorates targeting women and disabled youth. Reached 70% women
and 25% persons with disabilities through customized capacity-building.
3) Active Citizens Program (British Council, 2022–2023)
Trained youth in social leadership to lead intercultural and community-led initiatives. Focus on
dialogue, inclusion, and social cohesion.
4) Financial Literacy and Banking Knowledge for Women (2021)
Delivered 2-day training for 300 women-led MSMEs to improve access to finance, literacy, and
business skills. Focused on underserved and low-income women.
5) Young Mediterranean Voices (British Council, 2019–2020)
Built youth-led debate and advocacy across Mediterranean countries. Engaged young leaders in
civic dialogue with policy and education stakeholders.
6) Guide of Services for Refugees and Migrants (Save the Children)
Developed a service-mapping guide for refugees and migrants to improve access to protection,
education, and health services across local NGOs.
7) Refugee Training Program (UNHCR, 2019)
Delivered trainings in project management, entrepreneurship, proposal writing, soft skills,
marketing, and recycling to refugees and migrants

• Mobilize a wide base of trained youth and volunteers to support national and cross-border
initiatives
• Share expertise in informal education, youth empowerment, and social entrepreneurship
• Provide capacity-building workshops
• Participate in youth exchange programs and intercultural events that strengthen regional
cooperation
• Act as a connector between grassroots initiatives and governmental stakeholders to influence
youth policy
• Offer access to a strong network of local partners in education, civil society, and community
development
• Lead collaborative projects that target social inclusion and address shared Mediterranean
challenges
