The collective Fabulo is an opera ensemble, co-founded by 5 musicians. The collective organises his work around artistic residencies, participatory workshops and cultural exchanges. His most recent partners includes CMAM (Centre des Musiques Arabes et Méditerranéennes) and ISM (Institut Supérieur de Musique) in Tunis, Festival d'Aix-en-Provence et Conservatoire du Pays d'Arles en France, and Europe Créative at an international level. The budgetary ressources comes from partnerships, institutions support and open calls, and top so far until 20k a year.
Mission and Objectives
The Collective Fabulo aim is to favorise, develop, promote artistic creation, and build human links, encounters and intercultural exchanges all around the Mediterranean region.
Main Projects / Activities
Collective Fabulo main project consists in organizing and creating participatory opera with non-musician communities. Thus, his activities includes musical workshops, concerts, and online collaboration.
How can you contribute to the Network in your country?
The collective Fabulo intends to contribute to the Network by building collaboration with French communities, and french organisation, as well as working on intercultural exchanges between France and other countries of the Mediterranean region.
