Mission and Objectives

The CEC’s objective is to contribute to the definition and implementation of solidarity policies regarding, inter alia, populations excluded or far away from the labour market and in particular to the strengthening of the European action for promotion of socio-economic integration of these populations.

To this end, CEC focuses its efforts in two complementary directions: first, by fostering partnerships among its members to promote innovation, identify, and disseminate best practices based on practical experience; and second, by actively participating in public debates to improve public policies, particularly EU policies.

Main Projects / Activities

The CEC network employs methodologies rooted in equity, empowerment, and sustainability to promote social inclusion across Europe. Key approaches include providing targeted vocational training, job placement, and social entrepreneurship opportunities, alongside holistic integration pathways that combine education, employment, and mentoring to foster active citizenship.

As a network, the CEC is dedicated to serving its members by coordinating projects initiated by the partners, providing relevant information on European Union initiatives, and supporting professional development, including training, experience sharing, and networking opportunities.
