Educuality Have 6+ years of Experience in Peace and Environmental Education that was honored in 2023 by being nominated by Council of Europe for Democracy innovation award and presenting our innovative peace work inside the Council of Europe in Strasbourg.
we had multiple cultural, dialogue, peacebuilding, and environmental projects with international partners like:

1)The 1st Program is (Youth Voices) Program 2020,2022,2023,2025 in partnership with the British Council
We were active partners in this program for 5 years and we took part in its success story, as we had 300 Young Leaders attending our YV training programs and our dialogue practitioners were among the best debaters in the final policy dialogue forum in every year , we also had our World Café Events where 250 Young People from our community created an intercultural dialogues and discussions with policy leaders from the community.

2) Second, the She Seeds Change Program Sponsored by the British Council Egypt https://www.facebook.com/Educuality/videos/1827066314327762/ , this program aimed to empower 20 young female leaders to become environmental ambassadors in their universities training , empowering and mentoring their university students to launch various social action projects at the end of the program , we had our training modules in 10 universities with 300+ trainees, 30 implemented social action projects related to climate and gender in 6 different Egyptian governorates were implemented and incubated after the program by Educuality.

3) Another program we made was (Gamification For Social Change Program) Program Link on Facebook:
https://www.facebook.com/events/948157898888091/

-This Program was intended to engage Young Trainers and Educators in Gamification Process with awareness of the global issues and how they can use Gamification in spreading those values and knowledge to other young people .
-The Number of Young People reached on Facebook event was 27,000 with more than 700 responses on the Program Event . we made a filtration phase to make sure that the trainees will be only our target audience in this program which are youth trainers or educators , then we ended up with choosing 22 participants aged from 18 to 30 to Join the Program and they were all coming from diverse organizations from governmental and non governmental sector .
-The type of activities undertaken was all interactive as we in Educuality apply structural Gamification to our trainings so the whole program was like a 5 day Game where participants learn about Gamification and how to design an educational game while having fun as well . the 1st 3 days was for providing them with all the knowledge needed to build their first game , then the 4th day was the graduation projects day where they were divided into groups to create educational games for social change and the final day is the follow up day .
The Real Evidence of the impact of this Program was when one of Our Board Games was Selected to Participate in The African Crossroads Summit For African innovators in Kenya 2019 www.africancrossroads.org/
there are also more peacebuilding programs that we worked in with Geothe institute , University of Bath and Save the Children organization.

How can you contribute to the Network in your country?

Educuality can play a significant role in contributing to the Anna Lindh Foundation (ALF) Network by leveraging its expertise in gamified, customized, and impactful civic education. As an Ed-Tech NGO committed to empowering youth through innovative educational experiences, Educuality aligns with ALF’s mission of fostering intercultural dialogue and understanding across the Euro-Mediterranean region. Our approach to education, which integrates gamification, arts, and experiential learning, offers a unique and engaging way to promote civic participation, social inclusion, and cross-cultural exchange.

One of the key contributions Educuality can make to the ALF Network is in the promotion of intercultural dialogue through gamified education. Our programs, such as the Dialogue and Debates Program (Youth Voices), provide young people with a structured platform to engage in meaningful discussions on social and political issues, equipping them with the skills needed to challenge stereotypes, counter misinformation, and develop critical thinking. Additionally, our board game, Peace Journey, which was recognized among the 100 best African ideas, serves as an innovative tool for peace education and conflict resolution. Through ALF’s platform, we can extend the reach of these initiatives, integrating them into broader regional efforts to strengthen youth engagement in civic life.

Educuality is also deeply committed to youth empowerment and leadership development, which aligns with ALF’s focus on capacity-building and knowledge exchange. Our organization has trained and mentored over 3,000 changemakers, equipping them with the skills to drive social action in climate change, peacebuilding, and civic engagement. Through ALF’s collaborative network, we can scale our impact by connecting young leaders across borders, fostering an exchange of ideas, and providing access to mentorship and educational opportunities. Our International Scholarships Program (Intercultural Education) further strengthens this effort by facilitating educational mobility, ensuring that young people from diverse backgrounds gain international exposure and intercultural understanding.

Women’s empowerment is another area where Educuality can make a meaningful contribution to the ALF Network. Our She Seeds Change Program is dedicated to amplifying the voices of women and underprivileged communities, ensuring their active participation in civic life and decision-making processes. By collaborating with ALF and its member organizations, we can enhance our efforts in gender equality initiatives, providing training, mentorship, and leadership development opportunities for women across the Euro-Mediterranean region. We believe that by creating spaces where women can share their experiences and challenges, we can collectively work towards more inclusive and equitable societies.

In addition to our direct educational programs, Educuality actively engages in research and public policy development, collaborating with international universities such as the University of Bath and the University of Manchester. Through our research activities, we contribute valuable insights into education innovation, the role of gamification in civic engagement, and strategies for social change. By being part of the ALF Network, we can support evidence-based policymaking that strengthens youth involvement in democratic processes and civic education initiatives.

Furthermore, Educuality is dedicated to fostering sustainable and inclusive education by integrating eco-friendly practices and promoting climate action initiatives. We recognize the importance of sustainability in educational programming and seek to collaborate with ALF to develop projects that merge environmental awareness with civic education. Through such initiatives, we aim to empower youth to take an active role in addressing global challenges while ensuring that educational interventions are both impactful and environmentally responsible.

Another unique aspect that Educuality brings to the ALF Network is our expertise in digital and arts-based learning. We have developed interactive education models that utilize storytelling, digital tools, and artistic expressions to make learning more engaging and accessible. By sharing these methodologies within the ALF Network, we can help member organizations integrate technology and creative approaches into their educational programs, enhancing the reach and effectiveness of intercultural dialogue initiatives.

Through our participation in the ALF Network, Educuality aims to expand its impact by engaging with civil society organizations, governments, and institutions that share our vision of fostering dialogue, mutual understanding, and youth-led change. We believe that by collaborating with like-minded organizations, sharing best practices, and co-developing initiatives, we can contribute to building a more connected and culturally inclusive Euro-Mediterranean region. Our commitment to education as a tool for empowerment, combined with ALF’s extensive network and resources, creates an opportunity to drive meaningful change that transcends borders.

Why do you want to join the ALF Network?

Educuality seeks to join the Anna Lindh Foundation (ALF) Network because our mission aligns seamlessly with ALF’s commitment to intercultural dialogue, youth empowerment, and social inclusion. As an Ed-Tech NGO specializing in gamified, customized, and impactful civic education, we believe that being part of ALF’s Euro-Mediterranean civil society network will allow us to expand our reach, collaborate with like-minded organizations, and contribute to regional efforts in fostering peace, civic engagement, and sustainable development.

Our experience working alongside ALF in the ALF Hands-On Initiative with our project Peacebuilding into Action has reinforced our belief in the power of collaborative grassroots efforts. This initiative enabled us to engage young people in interactive peace education, using our innovative gamified approach to train changemakers in conflict resolution, dialogue, and social action. By joining the ALF Network, we aim to further contribute to such initiatives, sharing our expertise in gamification, arts-based learning, and civic education to create impactful, fun-filled, and transformative educational experiences.

Furthermore, ALF’s emphasis on youth-led initiatives, research, and policy engagement aligns with Educuality’s ongoing collaborations with international universities, including the University of Bath and the University of Manchester. We are eager to contribute research insights on education innovation, civic participation, and the role of technology in intercultural learning, while also learning from other organizations that are driving impactful policy changes across the region.

Additionally, our work in women’s empowerment through the She Seeds Change Program and scholarship initiatives through our International Scholarships Program resonates with ALF’s focus on equal opportunities and social inclusion. By joining ALF, we can expand our reach, collaborate on regional projects, and advocate for policies that empower women and underprivileged communities to actively participate in society.

Finally, we believe that ALF’s multi-sectoral approach, which brings together civil society organizations, governments, and educational institutions, provides an ideal platform for scaling our impact. We see this partnership as an opportunity to enhance our capacity-building efforts, engage in collaborative projects, and co-develop sustainable educational initiatives that address pressing regional challenges. Educuality is eager to contribute its experience, expertise, and passion to the ALF Network, helping to build a stronger, more connected, and culturally inclusive Euro-Mediterranean region.
