Mission and Objectives

Mission

1. Empowerment: To empower marginalized individuals (Women, Disabled, Youth and Refugees) and communities through entrepreneurship education, skills development, and access to resources, fostering sustainable economic growth.

2. Support: To support aspiring entrepreneurs and marginalized individuals in overcoming barriers to business success by providing tailored guidance, mentorship, and strategic insights.

3. Collaboration: To collaborate with International and local organizations, government entities, and stakeholders to create a vibrant ecosystem that nurtures innovation and entrepreneurship.

4. Sustainability: To promote sustainable business practices that not only drive economic growth but also contribute positively to the environment and society.

Objectives

1. Education and Training:
- Develop and implement training programs and workshops focused on essential entrepreneurial skills, financial literacy, and business management for at least 100 aspiring entrepreneurs and marginalized individuals (Women, Disabled, Youth and Refugees) annually.

2. Mentorship Programs:
- Establish a structured mentorship programs that pairs experienced entrepreneurs with new business owners, aiming to support at least 50 mentees each year.

3. Resource Accessibility:
- Create a comprehensive online platform that provides access to resources, tools, and guides for entrepreneurs, with a target of reaching 1,000 users within the first year.

4. Networking Opportunities:
- Organize quarterly networking events or forums that connect entrepreneurs with industry experts, investors, and local businesses to foster collaboration and partnerships.

5. Research and Knowledge Sharing:
- Conduct bi-annual research on the local entrepreneurship landscape and share findings through reports or presentations to inform stakeholders and policymakers.

6. Sustainability Initiatives:
- Promote sustainable business practices by developing and disseminating resources on environmental responsibility to at least 75% of the entrepreneurs you work with.

7. Community Engagement:
- Engage with international and local communities through outreach programs that raise awareness about entrepreneurship and economic empowerment, aiming to reach at least 500 community members annually.

8. Policy Advocacy:
- Collaborate with international and local stakeholders to advocate for policies that support entrepreneurship and economic empowerment, aiming to influence at least two significant policy initiatives each year.

9. Impact Measurement:
- Establish metrics to evaluate the success and impact of your programs, aiming for a 75% satisfaction rate among participants and measurable improvements in their business outcomes.

10. Diversity and Inclusion:
- Focus on supporting underrepresented groups in entrepreneurship, such as women and youth, with targeted initiatives and resources to promote inclusivity in the business landscape.
