Elia Coaching is a coaching and organizational development practice founded by Ana Trpeska, based in Skopje, North Macedonia. Ana holds ICF ACC Certification, is a Whole Intelligence Practitioner, and is trained in Gestalt in Organizations — Coaching & Organizational Development and Relational Organizational Gestalt (ROG) - by Relational Change, alongside a full Gestalt Psychotherapy training program.
Elia Coaching works with individuals, leaders, and groups navigating transformation, professional transition, and the deepening of self-awareness while integrating evidence-based coaching methodology with relational, somatic, and contemplative approaches.
Mission and Objectives
Elia Coaching exists to create conditions for genuine human dialogue, beginning with the dialogue each person has with themselves, and extending outward into their relationships, their organizations, and their communities.
We draw on the Relational Organizational Gestalt (ROG) framework, which understands that it is the quality of relationships between people, contexts, and the situations they are embedded in that holds the maximum possibility for change.
Our objectives: to offer transformational coaching and facilitation to individuals and organizations in North Macedonia and the broader Euro-Mediterranean region; to model and teach the relational competencies that make genuine dialogue possible across difference and cultural distance; and to contribute to a culture in which emotional courage and self-awareness are understood as foundations for civic life.
Main Projects / Activities
Individual coaching. One-on-one transformational work with the full human being, not just their presenting challenge.
We can also support people who bring or carry the change.
Group coaching and facilitation. Facilitated group processes designed to build genuine psychological safety and develop the relational capacity of teams and communities. Our approach draws directly from ROG methodology, that means attending to what emerges in the system rather than applying a predetermined agenda.
Intercultural and cross-community dialogue. We are developing programming that brings people from different cultural, professional, and generational backgrounds into structured relational dialogue while exploring identity, belonging, and the narratives we carry about ourselves and each other. This work is grounded in the ROG framework of Self, Other, Situation, and is designed to be replicable across the Euro-Mediterranean context. It is the work we are most ready to grow through the ALF network.
How can you contribute to the Network in your country?
North Macedonia sits at a layered crossroads geographically, historically, and culturally and those layers carry both old tensions and enormous unrealized potential for dialogue. I bring twenty years of experience working at the intersection of people, story, and institutional life: ten years in national broadcast media building public trust through real conversation, followed by years in government advisory roles, crisis communication during the COVID-19 pandemic, and organizational transformation.
Working with complexity requires meeting it honestly, not managing it with technique. This is also what intercultural dialogue requires. You cannot script genuine encounter. You can only create conditions that make it possible and hold those conditions with skill and presence.
Concretely: coaching and facilitation capacity for network members and their teams; co-design and delivery of dialogue and change initiatives that integrate psychological depth with intercultural methodology.
Why do you want to join the ALF Network?
The Anna Lindh Foundation is built on a belief I have lived and worked from for twenty years: that the most urgent thing human beings can do right now is learn to be genuinely present to each other across difference.
The willingness to remain in contact with what is difficult. That is precisely what intercultural dialogue requires, and what the ALF network is trying to build.
I have spent my career in rooms where trust was the scarcest resource and what I learned, again and again, is that the obstacle is never primarily structural. It is relational. It is always about whether people feel seen enough to stay in the room with someone who sees the world differently.
North Macedonia is a country that knows, from the inside, what it means to navigate contested identity and the search for a story that can hold more than one truth at once. That knowledge if held honestly is a contribution. I want to bring it, and this practice, into a community of people across the region who are asking the same questions from different shores.
