General Information

We are a youth-led, SDG-driven, and gender-inclusive social enterprise committed to expanding access to transformative opportunities for marginalized youth. Our mission is to support young people in exploring diverse career pathways and accessing scholarships and learning opportunities at prestigious educational institutions especially those they are often told are “out of reach.”

Through career-focused programs, experiential learning projects, impactful events, and interactive workshops, we connect youth to real-world opportunities that bridge the gap between education and the labor market. Our approach is complemented by structured mentoring and professional coaching, enabling young people to make informed, confident, and empowered career decisions.

Today, Empower Hub has built a vibrant community of over 85,000 followers across social media platforms, reflecting a strong and engaged youth network. We are proud to have supported more than 3,000 program alumni and bring over 6 years of experience implementing 20+ high-impact projects in collaboration with national and international partners, including the British Council, the U.S. Embassy, BEYOND Plastic MED, GIZ, the Anna Lindh Foundation, and Women Deliver.

Through these partnerships, we continue to design and implement inclusive, scalable, and impact-driven initiatives that empower youth to lead sustainable change within their communities and beyond.
