Entrepreneurship Talks is a youth-focused non-profit civil law company based in Patras, Greece, founded in June 2024. The organisation works with young people aged 18–35, especially students, aspiring entrepreneurs, early-stage founders and underrepresented youth. Its mission is to promote entrepreneurial mindset, innovation skills and access to startup ecosystems through non-formal education, digital media and international experiences.
Our activities include podcast interviews with founders and investors, workshops and webinars, community events, educational visits to European startup ecosystems and youth mobility projects. We aim to bridge young people with opportunities, role models, networks and practical knowledge that can support their personal and professional development.
Entrepreneurship Talks is volunteer-based, but growing rapidly. In 2025, we secured our first Erasmus+ KA153 project as lead applicant, strengthening our commitment to Euro-Med cooperation, youth empowerment and inclusive learning opportunities.
Mission and Objectives
Our mission is to promote entrepreneurial mindset, innovation skills and intercultural learning among young people, especially students, aspiring entrepreneurs, early-stage founders and underrepresented youth. We aim to give young people access to role models, practical knowledge, international experiences and networks that can help them develop confidence, skills and opportunities.
Our objectives are to design non-formal learning activities, workshops, podcasts, ecosystem visits and mobility projects that connect youth with entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystems in Greece, Europe and the Euro-Med region. We also aim to support inclusion by reaching young people with fewer opportunities and creating accessible learning experiences.
Through our work, we want to strengthen youth participation, employability, creativity and cross-cultural collaboration, while building long-term partnerships with civil society organisations, universities, startups and innovation actors.
Main Projects / Activities
Our main activities include podcast interviews with founders, investors and professionals, through which we share entrepreneurial stories, lessons and role models with young audiences. We also organise workshops, webinars and community events on entrepreneurship, innovation, skills development and personal growth.
A key part of our work is organising educational visits and ecosystem trips to European startup hubs, where young people meet startups, companies, universities and innovation organisations. These experiences help participants gain exposure, inspiration and practical understanding of entrepreneurship.
In 2025, we secured our first Erasmus+ KA153 project as lead applicant, focused on youth worker capacity building and international cooperation. We are now expanding our activities through Euro-Med partnerships, youth mobility projects, non-formal education programmes and collaborations with civil society, universities and startup ecosystem actors.
How can you contribute to the Network in your country?
We can contribute to the Network in Greece by connecting it with young people, students, aspiring entrepreneurs and civil society actors through our community, podcast and social media channels. Entrepreneurship Talks can help promote ALF opportunities, share Euro-Med initiatives with Greek youth, and create local activities that translate network priorities into practical learning experiences.
We can also support dissemination by producing accessible digital content, interviews and storytelling around intercultural dialogue, youth participation and social innovation. Through our partnerships with universities, startups and youth organisations, we can help build bridges between the ALF Network, the Greek youth ecosystem and emerging innovation communities.
Why do you want to join the ALF Network?
We want to join the ALF Network because its focus on intercultural dialogue, civil society cooperation and Euro-Med collaboration is strongly aligned with the next stage of Entrepreneurship Talks. As a youth-focused organisation in Greece, we want to connect our community with wider regional opportunities, partners and learning experiences.
The Network would help us exchange knowledge with experienced organisations, develop stronger Euro-Med partnerships and contribute our own strengths in youth engagement, entrepreneurship education, digital storytelling and dissemination. We are especially interested in creating activities that bring young people from different cultural and social backgrounds together, helping them build skills, mutual understanding and confidence to participate actively in society.
