جمعية اتجاه للتأهيل والدمج المجتمعي هي منظمة مصرية غير حكومية وغير هادفة للربح مسجلة لدى وزارة التضامن الاجتماعي برقم (4106 لسنة 2020)، وهي منظمة يقودها أشخاص من ذوي الإعاقة (OPD). تعمل الجمعية على إعادة تعريف الدمج المجتمعي من خلال دمج المجتمع مع الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، وتعزيز المشاركة المتكافئة والقيادة القائمة على الخبرة الحياتية. تركز الجمعية على تطوير برامج تنموية مبتكرة تجمع بين الابتكار الاجتماعي، والتكنولوجيا، والاستدامة البيئية، والحوار بين الثقافات، بهدف بناء مجتمعات أكثر شمولًا واستدامة في السياق الأورومتوسطي.
Direction Association for Rehabilitation and Community Integration is an Egyptian non-governmental, non-profit organization registered under the Ministry of Social Solidarity (No. 4106/2020). It is an OPD (Organization of Persons with Disabilities) led by persons with disabilities, working to redefine inclusive development by integrating society with persons with disabilities and promoting equal participation and lived-experience leadership. The association develops innovative programs combining social innovation, technology, environmental sustainability, and intercultural dialogue to build inclusive and resilient communities within the Euro-Mediterranean context.
Mission and Objectives
تتمثل رسالة الجمعية في تغيير النظرة المجتمعية تجاه الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة من متلقين للخدمات إلى قادة ومقدمي خدمات فاعلين في التنمية المجتمعية والبيئية، من خلال برامج تشاركية تعزز العدالة الاجتماعية، وتمكين الشباب والنساء، وتعميم منظور الإعاقة في السياسات والممارسات التنموية، وبناء نماذج تنموية مبتكرة قابلة للتوسع.
The mission of Direction Association is to transform societal perceptions of persons with disabilities from service recipients into active leaders and contributors to social and environmental development through participatory programs that promote social justice, youth and women empowerment, disability mainstreaming, and scalable inclusive development models.

تنفيذ مبادرات دمج مجتمعي وتمكين الشباب والأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة.

Direction Association contributes to the ALF Network by promoting intercultural dialogue, facilitating inclusive dialogue platforms, supporting youth-led initiatives, and integrating disability inclusion into cross-cultural programs. As an OPD-led organization, it provides practical expertise in inclusive design, accessibility, and participatory social innovation approaches.
