- There is a board consisting of a Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Secretary, and Treasurer. The board oversees and manages approximately 40 volunteer mentors who support students

Reading and nature camps promote social connections, ethical values, and collaborative skills through expert seminars, workshops, and leisure activities. Additionally, trips within Finland and abroad expose participants to diverse cultures, fostering mutual understanding and appreciation of different lifestyles and histories.
