The idea of the Foundation was born in 2007 with the start of the Afryka.org website. While running the first Polish internet service about Africa we realized the great opportunities given by the Web for increased knowledge sharing and communication. We soon realized however that there is more to life then just internet. That is why the Foundation ‘Africa Another Way’ was founded. We also promote and initiate cultural events and support academic groups, associations and other non‐governmental organizations. We work on projects concerning development aid and education and give advice to potential investors in Africa. Our activity extends outside Poland. Poles no longer need to go to Africa to meet its people. Africans live in Europe – and in Poland. Our Aims: - development of political, educational, cultural, scientific and economic relations between African countries and Poland. - propagation and protection of freedom, democracy and human rights in African countries. - development of enterpreneurship in African countries. - promotion and organization of voluntary services in Poland with and for African. countries. - implementation of new technologies in culture.Main Projects / Activities
