Global Mindset Solutions is a financial empowerment coaching and mentoring organisation. The Founder, Nazlee Mayhew empowers women to transition from hustle to harmony to thrive in business, generate sales with ease and live life on their terms.
Nazlee is also a transformational coach and visionary leader. She has coached over 300 women across UK, Malta and Zimbabwe, supporting them to:

How can you contribute to the Network in your country?
I am experienced networker who believes in building communities where we all thrive together. I would bring my knowledge, expertise and experiences as listed above to help other women build freedom based businesses. I believe that when women collaborate and work together for the better good, we are able to change societal beliefs about women, break down barriers and work towards closing the gender and digital gap. As a change maker, I also believe in working with younger women and men as allies so that we can bring a diverse range of perspectives, cultures and voices together to effect change together.
Why do you want to join the ALF Network?
I've lived in Malta for nearly ten years and previously in the United Kingdom for fifteen years. I am originally from Zimbabwe and believe that my rich and diverse working, business and personal experiences and expertise can add value to the ALF network. I am a certified Business and Mindset Coach and have worked with over 300 women online and in Malta and provided online business and personal development workshops and digital training which can be leveraged within the network as well. I am currently working with migrant and third country nationals through the Empower to Integrate project - AMAM. I am the Project Lead Strategist and Radio host. I also work with Organisations such Street HR (coaching leaders), Across Limits (write articles as a Consultant), Skillszone Malta (provided business training for women), eSkills (now MDIA- coached women in tech leadership roles).
