HEALTH, EDUCATION AND CULTUR ASSOCIATION Our association was established to undertake  activities in the education, health and culture fields. All of our members are university graduates, experienced in their field, are known around the people. In addition, we have  staffs who are  experienced to prepare  about national and international grant projects . Our city has a great potential,  very ancient history and culture with a huge population more than one million. We want to share our knowledge to people who live in our region and all over the world.
