HIGGS |Higher Incubator Giving Growth & Sustainability| is an initiative which aims to reinforce Nonprofit Organizations | NPOs | operating in Greece, through educational and supportive programs and activities that are carried out at its premises. We have a 9-person strong team and various external collaborators. Our yearly budget is around 400.000 euros mostly covered from Charitable Foundations and EU programs. We are running an Incubator and an Accelerator program directed to NPOs as well as various training workshops, seminars and events related to Civil Society.Mission and Objectives
Our philosophy and the way we plan and implement all our initiatives and programs are driven by the principles of philanthropy, solidarity, cooperation and trust. Our vision is that HIGGS evolves into a hub of creativity and open dialogue aimed at promoting collaboration and innovation in the NPO sector as well as a meeting place of all interested parties, both literally and symbolically.Main Projects / Activities
