In Aspectu is a newly formed organisation based in Prague dedicated to fostering personal and professional development through informal and non-formal education. Our core mission is to provide individuals interested in informal and non-formal learning for personal and community development, and the wider community with valuable opportunities for growth as well as organisations (non-profits), companies and other entities. We aim to accomplish this by offering a diverse range of training programs—both one-day and multi-day sessions—that enhance soft and hard skills, project management expertise, and other competencies essential for personal and professional growth and effective operation of non-profit and public entities.
A significant focus of our work is on providing consulting, coaching, and mentoring services to various entities—non-profits, government bodies, and private organisations. We are particularly aligned with the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) concept. Through our initiatives, we address critical themes such as environmental sustainability, social responsibility, transparency, and ethical employee development practices. Our goal is to empower organisations to adopt responsible and sustainable practices that enhance their operational effectiveness and societal contributions.
We are committed to promote informal and non-formal education as a means of enriching lives and creating impactful learning experiences. We believe in the power of informal and non-formal learning and we want to raise awareness about its benefits. This includes boosting life skills, facilitating educational leisure activities, and creating platforms for collaboration among the educational, private, and non-profit sectors.
Mission and Objectives
Our organisation creates an active community where members, supporters, and the general public can engage in meaningful activities and opportunities. We accomplish this through various community initiatives such as festivals, charitable events, educational lectures, and cultural activities—each designed to foster engagement and knowledge sharing. We are proud to operate at both national and international levels, amplifying our reach and impact.
Even though we are a freshly based organisation we are building up on knowledge and experience gathered by its members in different entities and activities. The organisation is established by 3 members who have each been working in the field of non-formal education for over 10 years.
Main Projects / Activities
• International training courses and youth exchanges on topics such as sustainability, inclusion, ecopedagogy, and creative education.
• Educational programs and workshops for youth workers, educators, and volunteers focused on developing competencies, leadership, and intercultural dialogue.
• Community events and local initiatives, as well as cultural activities.
• Partnerships and project cooperation within the Erasmus+ program and other European initiatives connecting organizations across Europe and beyond.
How can you contribute to the Network in your country?
Organizing Activities Focused Not Only on Intercultural Dialogue
In Aspect brings together education, personal development, culture, and community life. We organize events (workshops, seminars, exchanges) that directly support the core themes of the ALF — such as youth education, ecological and social justice, personal growth, and creativity.
Sharing Knowledge and Good Practices
With our experience in non-profit work, international training, and youth projects, we can share proven methodologies, developed tools, and innovative formats (e.g., how-to guides on environmental education, youth engagement, and creative approaches).
Communication and Visibility of Activities
As a member of the ALF Network, we can display our membership, use the ALF logo, regularly share ALF calls and opportunities, and promote our activities and achievements.
