I am applying for membership as an individual person. My interest comes from my profession as professor of sociology at Tunis university.

Mission and Objectives

World globalization has induced more than ever before continuous contacts between peoples and cultures. Such process creates opportunities but also dangers for a planetary dialogue between civilizations. Anna Lindh Foundation offers the most adequate space for debates aimed at securing peace and coexistence among the infinite diversity of peoples and cultures.

Main Projects / Activities

My areas of expertise are urbanization, migration and the urban poor, and the implications that these issues have for the promotion of a democratic society and a state of law.
