INJAZ Lebanon is a non-profit organization dedicated to equipping young people with the skills they need to succeed in work and life. The organization operates with a small core team supported by a large network of volunteers, educators, and private sector partners. As a member of Junior Achievement Worldwide, INJAZ Lebanon delivers internationally recognized programs adapted to the Lebanese context.
The organization manages an annual budget funded primarily through partnerships with corporations, foundations, and international development agencies, allowing it to reach youth across schools and universities throughout Lebanon.
INJAZ Lebanon implements experiential learning programs focused on entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and work readiness. Activities include structured training programs, interactive workshops, mentorship initiatives, student competitions, and exposure opportunities with professionals.
Key partners include private sector companies, educational institutions, international organizations, and volunteers who contribute expertise, mentorship, and resources to expand learning opportunities and help young people build practical skills for their future.
Mission and Objectives
INJAZ Lebanon’s mission is to inspire and prepare young people in Lebanon to succeed in a global economy by equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed for employment, entrepreneurship, and financial independence.
The organization works to bridge the gap between education and the labor market by providing practical, experience-based learning opportunities that connect youth with the private sector. Through its programs, INJAZ Lebanon aims to build young people’s confidence, strengthen their problem-solving and teamwork skills, and help them better understand career pathways and economic participation.
Its main objectives are to develop entrepreneurial thinking among youth, promote financial literacy and responsible decision-making, and enhance work readiness skills such as communication, leadership, and critical thinking. INJAZ Lebanon also seeks to create strong partnerships with schools, universities, and businesses to ensure that learning experiences are relevant, engaging, and aligned with real market needs.
Main Projects / Activities
INJAZ Lebanon implements a range of experiential learning programs that equip youth with skills in entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and work readiness. Through initiatives such as the **Generation of Innovation Leaders (GIL)** with UNICEF and **KHUTA** with the ILO, the organization engages youth in innovation challenges, employability training, and career exploration. Additional programs include entrepreneurship competitions, innovation camps, career readiness bootcamps, and digital learning through the INJAZ Campus platform. Working closely with schools, universities, and private sector volunteers, INJAZ connects young people with mentorship, practical learning opportunities, and industry exposure to support their transition from education to employment or entrepreneurship.
How can you contribute to the Network in your country?
INJAZ Lebanon can contribute to the Anna Lindh Foundation Network by engaging youth in programs that promote dialogue, collaboration, and social innovation across communities. Through our workshops, innovation camps, and entrepreneurship programs, we can create spaces where young people from diverse backgrounds work together on ideas that address shared social and economic challenges. We also bring experience in mobilizing volunteers, educators, and private sector mentors to support youth-led initiatives. In addition, our partnerships with schools, universities, and regional networks allow us to help expand the reach of the Foundation’s activities and connect more young people in Lebanon to intercultural exchange and learning opportunities.
