How can you contribute to the Network in your country?
IDRAAC can contribute to the ALF Network by bringing extensive expertise in community engagement, mental health awareness, youth participation, and social cohesion programming in Lebanon. We can support collaborative regional initiatives through research, awareness campaigns, intercultural dialogue activities, trainings, and community-based interventions that promote inclusion and mutual understanding among diverse groups. IDRAAC can also contribute technical expertise on mental health and psychosocial support within humanitarian and development settings.
Why do you want to join the ALF Network?
IDRAAC seeks to join the Anna Lindh Foundation Network to expand collaboration with organizations across the Euro-Mediterranean region that are working to advance dialogue, inclusion, human rights, and community resilience. As an organization operating at the intersection of mental health, research, advocacy, and social development, we believe that mental wellbeing plays an essential role in fostering peaceful, inclusive, and resilient societies. Joining the Network would create opportunities for knowledge exchange, partnership development, regional cooperation, and participation in innovative initiatives addressing shared social challenges. We are particularly interested in contributing to initiatives focused on youth engagement, combating stigma and discrimination, strengthening intercultural understanding, and promoting community-based approaches that empower vulnerable populations and support sustainable social cohesion.
