Non-governmental and non-profit association of immigrants, founded in 2005 by descendants of natives of São Tomé and Príncipe, but aimed at all nationals and immigrants and their descendants living in Portugal.
Mission and Objectives
The association's main objective is to protect rights and interests of immigrants and their descendants living in Portugal, namely by promoting the concrete exercise of their rights, valuing their interests and aspirations, in order to allow their full social integration and insertion.
Main Projects / Activities
Support office for associated immigrants
1. Informative support and guidance to public services, within the scope of the legal regularization of immigrants;
2. Support for recreational and sporting activities for young people and children descended from associated immigrants;
3. Portuguese language classes for associated immigrants, aimed at enhancing employment;
4. Cultural exchange between Portuguese-speaking Countries Community (CPLP).
