InterSkillar is a dynamic organization focused on guiding young individuals through their professional journeys. We are a small yet growing team composed of dedicated staff members, as well as strategic partners in the educational and employment sectors. We collaborate closely with organizations in Belgium and Morocco like ANAPEC (Morocco) and Cité des Métiers (Belgium) as well as various educational institutions to offer comprehensive career guidance and training programs.
Each year, we allocate significant budgetary resources to develop our platform and deliver our training and mentoring programs. Our primary activities include personalized career coaching through an innovative application, training workshops, mentoring initiatives and recruitment events aimed at empowering young people to thrive in the labor market.
Key partners involved in our projects include ANAPEC, high schools, and other local career service or youth organizations.

Our application acts as a professional GPS, guiding users through interactive steps to map their aspirations, identify strengths, and address areas for growth.
Soft Skills Training:
We offer tailored training programs focused on essential professional skills, equipping young individuals with practical tools to navigate daily life and career challenges with confidence.
Opportunities:
As a catalyst for opportunities, our hub connects youth with job offers, CV reviews, and direct links to companies through job-shadowing programs and recruitment events.
Community :
Our Community connects young talents with peers and experienced mentors, fostering a collaborative environment where members share experiences, learn together, and grow collectively.
