IPAV is a Portuguese NGO for Development that operates globally, focusing on the empowerment and development of human and relational capital within social, organizational, and community systems.
It fulfills its mission of promoting and restoring Human Dignity—diminished in its many forms in an increasingly complex and fragmented world—by strengthening and intervening in social systems, creating projects capable of generating meaning and purpose in individuals and organizations.
IPAV specializes in training and capacity-building; foresight and diagnosis; knowledge production; field implementation; and the design and execution of events.

How can you contribute to the Network in your country?
Bringing a strong portuguese partners and actively promoting ALF values in the portuguese civil society and around the world (Ubuntu Leaders Academy is present in more than 30 countries around the world, through strong partnerships with local organizatios).
IPAV is a strong, solid and well recognized organization in Portugal.
