Ireland in Arabic is a non-profit organization established on November 1, 2022. It employs four staff members. Due to limited resources, the organization relies heavily on volunteers to support its activities. It collaborates with various local NGOs, educational institutions, and community organizations. The organization operates with a yearly budget sourced from grants, donations, and community support. Its activities include a 24/7 Arabic news platform, a radio station, workshops and training sessions on Irish laws and societal norms, language courses, community initiatives for family support, and cultural activities showcasing refugee and immigrant contributions. Main partners involved in these projects include local NGOs, educational institutions, and legal and health service providers. These collaborations aim to facilitate the integration of international protection applicants into Irish society through concrete projects, seminars, and community events.
