We are non profit organization with 1 staff and 5 fellows in Berlin and Paris and 2 staff in Tunisia. Around 500 k Euros. German government funding. The LEED Academy for capacity building. Peer to peer exchange with NGOs in MENA and mentorship programs.Mission and Objectives
EED stands for LEADERSHIP, EMPOWERMENT, EMPLOYABILITY and DIVERSITY. We want to empower young people and offer them career perspectives. LEED sees itself as part of a solution to combat youth unemployment and causes of migration worldwide, to strengthen local communities and economic structures, we encourage women, especially in technical and digital professions With our European based team of Social and Political Scientists and Experts in Digitalisation and Communication in Berlin and France, we offer help for the Digital Transformation, Digital Communication, Media Monitoring.Main Projects / Activities

As we have previous experiences of working individually with Anna Lindh we want to strengthen and enlarge the network in Germany and enrich it with our perspectives.Why do you want to join the ALF Network?
We profoundly believe in Mediterranean partnerships and cooperation for the future of us all. We all have very good individual experiences with the Anna Lindh Foundation and its network and know how important it is to be part of it. We hope to enrich the network and actively participate.
