Mission and Objectives

Our main aim is to provide support to the women and children who have been seriously affected and neglected in our local society due to the practices of the occupation. At LCO we wish to support and assist an increase in the educational level of the children. We will encourage the creative initiatives of the youth to support a growing youth initiative and make the belief in a better future a reality. We seek to bring peace & prosperity to the Holy Land by increasing the income & decreasing the level of unemployment in Palestinian society, by focusing on increasing the level of education and care of the children and youth sectors because investment in children is an investment in the future. We want equal opportunity for both young disabled people and women. We spend tolerance and respect for all human beings regardless of ethnicity, gender, religion or disability.

Main Projects / Activities

In order to give the young peoples opportunities for doing something good and getting on a higher level of education at the same time, we are building a base, from where they can go further. To achieve this we try to reach the hearts of the youth by offering interesting activities. We do field trips, observing cultural and historical symbols or we just meet and paint. We have also a little library, where young kids can built up their skills in reading books. Courses and workshops Through our volunteers from the homeland or abroad, light training courses in many educational fields will be held to give the children a chance to expand their minds and relieve stress.
