Mety is an emerging volunteer-led organization based in France, with ongoing initiatives in Madagascar and partnerships in Europe and Africa. The organization currently operates without a formal budget, relying on the dedication of its volunteers. Plans are underway to secure funding for a public festival in Pretoria, South Africa, in 2025 to conclude the Youth Integrity Academy for Heroes cohort.
Mety’s main activities include the Youth Integrity Academy for Heroes, which offers bi-monthly workshops on ethics, anti-corruption, and leadership for young people aged 16–35. Additionally, Mety is piloting a waste management project in Antananarivo, Madagascar, focusing on organic waste valorization.
Key partners include GSFN CIC (UK), Women Integral Impacts Network ( South-Africa), Wings To Fly (Kenya). Mety fosters collaborations with universities and civic organizations to empower youth, promote integrity, and advocate for sustainable development.

Main Projects / Activities
Youth Integrity Academy for Heroes
A six-month cohort program for youth aged 16–35, featuring bi-monthly workshops on ethics, anti-corruption, civic responsibility, and leadership. The program includes mentorship, personal action plans, and concludes with a public festival planned for 2025 in Pretoria, South Africa.

Why do you want to join the ALF Network?
I would want to join the Anna Lindh Foundation (ALF) Network because it offers a unique platform for collaboration, learning, and advocacy focused on promoting intercultural dialogue, mutual understanding, and social cohesion. As someone passionate about ethical leadership, human rights, and community empowerment, being part of the ALF Network aligns with my goals of creating a more inclusive and peaceful society.
By joining, I could connect with like-minded organizations and individuals, share ideas, and contribute to initiatives that tackle key issues such as social justice, diversity, and sustainable development. I am particularly interested in exploring cross-cultural collaboration, as it would allow me to further my work in youth engagement and leadership development, both in Europe and beyond, through the lens of intercultural exchange.
Moreover, my experience in organizing educational and advocacy programs, such as the Youth Integrity Academy for Heroes and climate justice initiatives, would enable me to contribute meaningful projects to the network, fostering positive change in my community and in other parts of the world. The Anna Lindh Foundation’s emphasis on building bridges between cultures and strengthening civil society resonates deeply with my mission to empower individuals and communities for a more just and sustainable future.
