Meza Foundation for Development and Creativity is a non-profit civil society organization officially registered with the Ministry of Social Solidarity in Egypt under No. 4145 for the year 2020.
The Foundation’s core mission focuses on local community development through the provision of educational, cultural, health, and environmental services, alongside promoting environmental protection, sustainability, and friendship among peoples.
Meza Foundation plays a vital role in empowering individuals and communities by delivering capacity-building programs, professional training, workshops, and development initiatives targeting both members of the local community and refugees. Its primary sources of income include training projects, educational courses, workshops, as well as marketing and consultancy services provided to individuals and institutions.
The Foundation has built strong partnerships and collaborations with leading national and international entities, including:

Meza Foundation has also signed a cooperation protocol with Intel to deliver technology training programs for children and has partnered with Lions Clubs to implement industrial and vocational workshops empowering women.
In parallel with its development work, Meza Foundation strongly believes in the transformative power of arts and culture as tools for dialogue, peacebuilding, and social cohesion, particularly within the Mediterranean context. The Foundation actively promotes cultural exchange, community peace, and mutual understanding among diverse societies.
In 2025, Meza Foundation was selected as part of the Anna Lindh Foundation initiatives, including Mobility for Knowledge and Alexandria: Capital of Mediterranean Culture and Dialogue. Within this framework, the Foundation implemented the cultural and artistic event “Sea Melodies”, celebrating Mediterranean folk arts and highlighting the richness of cultural diversity across the region.
Meza Foundation continues to build effective partnerships and firmly believes that creativity, cultural dialogue, and shared human values are essential pathways toward more inclusive, peaceful, and interconnected societies within the Euro-Mediterranean space.
Mission and Objectives
Meza Foundation for Development and Creativity serves the public good through integrated development programs that place youth, refugees, and vulnerable groups at the center of social transformation, while recognizing arts, culture, and heritage as essential pillars of sustainable development and community peace.
The Foundation works to:
Promote social and economic development by empowering marginalized groups through capacity building, skills development, and community-based initiatives that enhance self-reliance and inclusion.
Empower youth and refugees by equipping them with practical, digital, and creative skills that enable active participation in economic and social life.
Provide educational, health, protection, and social services for women, children, persons with disabilities, the elderly, orphans, and refugees, ensuring dignity and equal opportunities.
Advance arts, culture, and heritage preservation by supporting artistic expression, reviving cultural heritage, and promoting creative industries as tools for identity, dialogue, and social cohesion.
Utilize culture, arts, and cultural exchange as instruments for community peacebuilding, coexistence, and mutual understanding, particularly within the Mediterranean and intercultural context.
Support small and micro-enterprises and productive-family initiatives to create sustainable employment opportunities for youth, women, and new graduates.
Deliver professional and vocational training in computer skills, modern management, administrative development, feasibility studies, marketing, languages, and creative fields aligned with labor market needs.
Meza Foundation believes that youth leadership, cultural heritage, creativity, and peaceful dialogue are key drivers for building inclusive, resilient, and interconnected societies.

Women Empowerment Programs
Meza Foundation implements comprehensive women empowerment programs, both economically and legally, through its flagship initiative “Civil Family”. The Foundation has organized numerous capacity-building workshops for women in cooperation with youth-led initiatives and teams, including:
