The Brusinka Multicultural Center is a dynamic and inclusive community space located in Brno, Czech Republic. We bring together Czech and international families, offering a broad range of activities that meet the needs of both local and global communities. Our mission embraces innovation, cultural diversity, and the transformative potential of education and culture. We are proud members of the European Network of Cultural Centers and the Anna Lindh Foundation, and we are dedicated to creating a multicultural ecosystem that fosters understanding, inclusivity, and sustainability.
Our vision is to create a welcoming, safe, and forward-thinking environment that encourages mutual understanding, respect, and sustainable growth among individuals from various nationalities, cultures, and backgrounds. By promoting education and cultural exchange, we aim to support both personal and collective growth while advocating for sustainability and international cooperation. Mission and Objectives
Our mission is to cultivate a vibrant, inclusive, and sustainable community where individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds can connect, learn, and grow together. We are committed to breaking down barriers, fostering understanding, and providing opportunities for personal and collective development through education and cultural exchange. By promoting international collaboration and creating cross-cultural exchanges, we work to enrich the city and empower community members to contribute to a more resilient, interconnected future.
Our objectives include:
Promoting cross-cultural understanding by encouraging dialogue between nationalities and ethnic groups, fostering respect and appreciation for diversity.
Providing a variety of educational programs, such as language courses, arts, and financial literacy workshops, to support lifelong learning and personal development.
Promoting international collaboration by building cross-border partnerships that enhance cultural understanding and community-building across Europe and beyond.
Supporting the social inclusion and integration of migrants, refugees, and minority groups by providing a safe space for integration into the local society.
Advocating for sustainability by promoting environmental awareness and social responsibility to ensure a positive future for all.
Organizing community engagement activities, events, and networking opportunities that bring together local and international families, fostering a sense of belonging.
Supporting creativity and cultural expression through artistic initiatives that celebrate diverse cultural traditions and talents.
