General Information

Founded in 2019 in Istanbul, İlk Sen Ol Youth Movement Association is a non-governmental organization that aims to spread awareness of social responsibility, solidarity, sports, arts and cultural awareness among young people. Our association is a Eurodesk Contact Point. Our association encourages young people to become solution-oriented individuals and enables them to take an active role in humanitarian aid, sports, arts and cultural projects. Our aim is for young people to contribute to society as self-confident, sensitive and responsible individuals.
We see sports as a way of life and a means of cultural sharing, and we contribute to raising young people as healthy individuals who are free from harmful habits. We open up areas of expression through art and cultural activities and create a culture of life that embraces differences as richness.
Committed to human rights, democracy, equality and the rule of law, our association carries out youth-based projects in different parts of Türkiye and the world, especially in Istanbul.
Our association has 1 library, 1 training room and 2 working offices. It also has 5 professional staff, 15 academic advisors and more than 1000 Hummingbird volunteers. Our organization has already established partnerships in domestic and international youth exchange, strategic partnerships (KA1 and KA2) projects and carries out cooperation activities in various countries. Our association also carries out a volunteering program within the scope of ESC50 Quality Label. We send volunteers abroad as a sending organization and host them as a host organization. We also have the leader label. Our association has KA1 Youth Accreditation and ESC Humaid Quality Label.
