Nätverket för Albanska Diasporan i Sverige (Pan-Albanian Diaspora Network in Sweden - NADS) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting lifelong learning, social inclusion, intercultural dialogue, and active citizenship.

NADS delivers training courses focusing on sustainability, culture, wellbeing, inclusion, and innovation, tailored for adult educators, community leaders, youth workers, seniors, and community members.

Mission and Objectives

The projects and training courses implemented by Nätverket för Albanian Diasporan i Sverige (NADS) demonstrate a strong commitment to empowering individuals through intercultural dialogue, environmental education, civic participation, and social inclusion.

With a distinct focus on the intersection of migration, identity, sustainability, and democratic engagement, NADS has created meaningful learning experiences for adult educators, youth workers, and marginalized communities.

Its portfolio spans themes such as green education and the circular economy, intercultural competence, digital communication, cultural heritage, and active citizenship—delivered through interactive courses, local workshops, and Erasmus+ mobility partnerships.

Main Projects / Activities

NADS actively engages in Erasmus+ partnerships and Mobility projects that encourage international collaboration, intercultural competence, and capacity- building.

Key partnerships include "3LoE – Three-Level Centers of Professional Excellence" for advancing green economy education and the "eMpower And inteGrate migrants" project enhancing migrant integration through civic participation.

Additionally, NADS is a partner in various European mobility initiatives like vocational training and staff mobility programs under Erasmus+, collaborating with institutions in Italy, Spain, Czech Republic, and Bulgaria.

The strengths of NADS lie in its robust network of contacts spanning multiple professional fields and international contexts. This network significantly enhances its capacity to offer diverse, high-quality educational and cultural exchange opportunities. The organization is adept at integrating marginalized and underserved communities, including immigrants and refugees, into its programs, thereby enhancing social cohesion and community integration.
