Neopreneur was Founded in 2016, headquartered in Byblos, Lebanon. The organization was born out of a pressing need to address the sustainability gap faced by Startups & MSMEs and cooperatives, in the decentralized areas of Lebanon, which are vital components of the local economy. Recognizing that these entities not only contribute significantly to economic growth but also enhance community resilience, Neopreneur set out to empower them with the tools and knowledge necessary to support their business growth.
From its inception, Neopreneur has been committed to understanding the unique challenges that Startups & then MSMEs face, particularly in the context of Lebanon’s diverse and sometimes volatile economic landscape. The organization aims to enable these enterprises to navigate challenges effectively, seize opportunities, and ultimately achieve sustainable growth within their communities by focusing on agile growth strategy, financial education, and capacity building.
Mission and Objectives
Neopreneur's Mission is To empower entrepreneurs, MSMEs, and cooperatives across all regions of Lebanon through comprehensive training, financial literacy, and entrepreneurial development programs. Neopreneur catalyzes innovation, financial inclusion, and sustainable growth by providing accessible resources, mentorship, and tailored support. By strengthening businesses and communities, Neopreneur drives economic transformation and empowerment across Lebanon and beyond.

How can you contribute to the Network in your country?
Neopreneur will contribute effectively to the network in Lebanon, by:
- Leverage our Local Expertise: Provide insights into the economic, entrepreneurial, and financial literacy landscape, ensuring programs are adapted to local needs.
- Expand Outreach & Engagement: Utilize existing connections with our alumni MSMEs, startups, and community initiatives to grow the network's reach and impact.
- Capacity Building & Training: Offer customized training in Entrepreneurship, Financial Literacy, Governance, Compliance, and Digital Literacy to strengthen local businesses and individuals.
- Facilitate Strategic Partnerships & building Consortiums: Connect the network with key stakeholders, including government entities, NGOs, financial institutions, and investors, to foster collaboration and resource mobilization.
- Knowledge Sharing & Digital Transformation: Develop and share digital content, best practices, and innovative tools that align with the network’s goals, ensuring knowledge transfer and scalability.
