New Impact Association is an active civil society organization operating in Albania and Balkan region, with extensive experience in the implementation of social, cultural, environmental and educational projects. The association has developed a strong professional profile through close cooperation with public institutions, national, international organizations and regional partners.
New Impact brings together a broad network of members, professionals and experts from diverse fields who actively contribute to the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of projects. Its staff and members are recognized for their high level of professional competence, strong commitment, and ethical standards, ensuring quality outcomes and measurable impact in all initiatives undertaken.

New Impact Association continues to expand its membership, which includes young people and professionals from across Albania, the region and the Albanian diaspora. Members are based in cities such as Pogradec, Tirana, Shkodra, Has, Lezha, Klos, Vlora, Kuçovë, Berat, Elbasan, and Saranda, as well as in Albanian communities abroad. This diverse and geographically wide-reaching membership enables the Association to function as an inclusive platform with strong local, regional and international outreach.
Mission and Objectives
The mission of New Impact Association
The mission of New Impact Association is to empower young people and local communities by promoting intercultural dialogue, active citizenship, social inclusion and sustainable development. The Association uses culture, education, environmental awareness, and innovation as key instruments to foster mutual understanding, democratic values, and social cohesion. Through its work, New Impact Association seeks to build meaningful bridges of cooperation between individuals, communities and institutions across the Euro-Mediterranean region, contributing to peace, dialogue and shared prosperity.
Objectives of New Impact Association
To promote intercultural dialogue and mutual understanding among young people and communities from diverse cultural, religious and social backgrounds.
To empower young people through non-formal education, capacity-building and participatory initiatives that encourage active citizenship, democratic engagement and social responsibility.
To foster a culture of peace, tolerance and respect for diversity through cultural, artistic, and educational activities at local, national and regional (Euro-Mediterranean) levels.
To enhance social inclusion and equality by supporting vulnerable groups, minorities, and marginalized communities through inclusive, dialogue-based, and community-centered programs.
To promote environmental awareness and sustainable development as shared challenges and opportunities for cooperation among Mediterranean societies.
To encourage innovation and digital engagement as tools for intercultural exchange, education, youth participation and cross-border cooperation.
To strengthen civil society cooperation by building partnerships with local and international NGOs, public institutions and other relevant stakeholders.
To promote culture, cultural heritage and creativity as drivers of dialogue, identity, and mutual understanding across the Euro-Mediterranean region.
Main Projects / Activities
Ongoing Projects by New Impact Association
New Impact Association is actively implementing social, cultural, educational, environmental and technological projects, directly contributing to community development.
Some of the organization’s ongoing projects include:
“River Guardians” – This project is being implemented in the cities of Fier and Divjakë, aiming to protect rivers, the environment and promote sustainability. It includes awareness campaigns, monitoring activities and active involvement of the local community.
“Fest N’Kala” – A cultural and international festival taking place in Peqin, featuring artistic and musical activities, exhibitions and the promotion of cultural heritage. The project aims to highlight local culture and create a platform for regional and international cooperation.
“Together We Can” – This project is implemented in Tirana, where 150 elderly individuals receive free support from New Impact Association experts. Activities include health consultations, guidance on medication use, access to government services and participation in cultural activities, promoting social inclusion and well-being.
“Youth Training and Courses in Cyber Security” – This project is carried out in Pogradec, where 30 young people receive professional training in cyber security, enhancing their digital skills and preparing them for the labor market in technology and cybersecurity fields.
These projects demonstrate New Impact Association’s commitment to supporting communities, protecting the environment and cultural heritage, promoting health, education, technology and fostering active civil participation across all age groups.
